The Year of the Horse is the first in the strictly limited 12-coin collection of the British Lunar series from the Shēngxiào Collection. Produced by the Royal Mint, designed by the British Chinese artist Wuon-Gean Ho, the collection is inspired by Chinese Zodiac, uniting Chinese and British heritage. Minted in .9999 pure gold (24 carat) and featuring a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, by Ian Rank-Broadley, like all British legal tender, these coins are both CGT exempt and VAT free.
